Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as the Director of Business Development, located in Montreal and Toronto. In this role, you will drive business growth through strategic initiatives, manage client relationships, and identify new markets for development. Responsibilities include overseeing new business opportunities, leading contract negotiations, and developing plans to maximize revenue. The Director of Business Development will play an integral role in achieving organizational goals and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and build new revenue opportunities.
- Skills in Business Planning and strategic decision-making to develop and execute growth strategies effectively.
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Account Management to create and sustain successful client relationships.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales or the hygiene services sector is an asset.
