Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for technology sales. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
  • Utilize effective communication skills to explain technical aspects of products
  • Assist customers with merchandising inquiries and provide guidance on product selection
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient cashiering practices
  • Handle cash responsibly while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
  • Employ upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed
  • Manage time effectively to meet sales goals while providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
  • Familiarity with merchandising principles is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
