Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and tech-curious Security Sales Consultant based in Toronto to support the growth of our smart lock and electronic security solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in security technology sales, as well as early-career professionals eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with property managers, developers, facility managers, and contractors to introduce Dijicle's solutions, support the sales process, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in smart locks and electronic security solutions
- Engage with property managers, developers, contractors, and facility managers
- Support sales activities including product presentations, demos, and site meetings
- Learn and communicate the value of Dijicle's smart access and security offerings
- Assist in managing the sales cycle from lead generation through closing and post-sale coordination
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline updates using CRM tools
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to support customer needs
Requirements
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Technical degree preferred (electronics, engineering technology, IT, or related field)
- Strong interest in security systems, smart locks, access control, or building technology
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable meeting clients and working in the field
- Ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area
- Prior sales, customer service, or technical exposure is an asset but not required
Compensation
- Commission-only compensation structure
- High earning potential based on performance
