Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aluminum Windows & doors Fabrication & Installation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to restoration, utilizing a wide range of hand tools and technical skills. The position emphasizes safety, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in every task.

Duties

  • Perform Glazing tasks such as framing, window installation, and finishing work
  • Use hand tools and power tools for construction and repair projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
  • Conduct restoration work including caulking, painting, and surface preparation
  • Install Aluminum windows & doors & glass with precision
  • Execute tasks including fixture installation
  • Operate boom lift & scissor lift equipment for structural Installation
  • Apply Peel & Stick Membrane around curtain wall & store front frames
  • Assist with site cleanup, and material handling as needed
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of curtain wall , store front windows & aluminum doors
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project plans
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Familiarity with caulking techniques and surface restoration methods
  • Strong understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
  • some Prior experience with Curtain wall & store front installation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.57-$35.17 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surrey, BC V3W 0K8
