Apprentice Glazier

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform Glazing tasks such as framing, window installation, and finishing work
- Use hand tools and power tools for construction and repair projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
- Conduct restoration work including caulking, painting, and surface preparation
- Install Aluminum windows & doors & glass with precision
- Execute tasks including fixture installation
- Operate boom lift & scissor lift equipment for structural Installation
- Assist with site cleanup, and material handling as needed
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of curtain wall, store front windows & aluminum doors
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project plans
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Familiarity with caulking techniques and surface restoration methods
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
- some Prior experience with Curtain wall & store front installation

Pay: $20.57-$35.17 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surrey, BC V3W 0K8
