Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Motorcycle Service Department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dealership service management, parts knowledge, mechanical knowledge, and customer service, with a proven track record of leading service teams to deliver exceptional motorcycle maintenance and repair solutions.

Duties

  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management
  • Manage customer interactions by providing guidance on repairs, estimates, and service recommendations.
  • Upsell additional services and repairs by effectively communicating the value to customers while maintaining integrity.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records related to service sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area

Experience

  • Proven dealership experience in auto service management or a similar leadership role.
  • Parts Knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability in upselling services while providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience with computers and or Mitchell program.
  • Excellent communication skills, dependable and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
