Patient Care Coordinator– North Edge Dental (Edmonton, AB)

North Edge Dental is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator team member to help us deliver exceptional care to our patients. If you enjoy a mix of clinical assistance and front-desk coordination, this role offers the perfect balance between patient care and office support.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Support dental assistants and hygienists during patient appointments as needed
  • Prepare and disinfect operatories and instruments following clinic protocols
  • Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Assist with billing, insurance submissions, and patient records
  • Maintain inventory of clinical supplies and ensure rooms are well-stocked
  • Provide general administrative support to the Practice Manager and clinical team
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a dental clinic (clinical or front office) is an asset
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control procedures preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable team player
  • Experience with Dentrix or other dental software is an asset
