Striker Bowling Solutions is a leading partner and supplier to the Canadian bowling industry and the exclusive Capital Agent for Brunswick Bowling in Canada. We're involved in over 40 major projects per year and service over 300 bowling centres across the country. This includes simple equipment replacements, modernization of existing facilities and construction of new family entertainment centres. Our affiliation with Brunswick, the largest bowling manufacturer in the world, allows us to provide unmatched insight into the changes that are ever-present in today's bowling industry. We are also a key product supplier to Canadian bowling industry nationwide, providing day to day products required to keep facilities safe, fun, and operating smoothly.

Here's some of what you can expect as part of the role…

• Support project scoping, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource coordination across teams, ensuring dependencies and priorities are clearly documented and tracked.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams by organizing tasks, tracking action items, and ensuring teams have the information and tools needed to execute effectively.
• Track milestones, budgets, risks, and issues; proactively escalate concerns and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports; facilitate meetings and follow-ups to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Support project close-out activities by validating deliverables, collecting lessons learned, and maintaining accurate project documentation and final reports.
• Coordinate ongoing client service requirements, ensuring timely execution, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
• Provide occasional coordination support for inside sales and warehouse management teams, helping align project timelines with operational needs.

The Who…
The be a successful
Project Coordinator
, you'll have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles within cross-functional environments.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and best practices, with the ability to support multiple concurrent projects.
• Highly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple regions or territories.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information for diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft platforms (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Zoho or equivalent), including schedule tracking and reporting.
