Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Serve food to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food safety regulations
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and assembling dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to prevent contamination
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold the integrity of food handling processes
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments, with knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
  • Skills in serving, meal preparation, cooking, and food industry best practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation protocols
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
  • Prior experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
