About the role:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative, organizational, and managerial tasks. You will be the backbone of our office, keeping everything running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office, ensuring it's well-organized, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Collaborate with the finance department for expense tracking and budget management.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding and office-related tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Support event planning, team-building activities, and company functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
