Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our client's collaborative accounting team. This is a full-time, in-office contract role is based in Dartmouth, and offers half-days on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities for the Job: 

Enter and manage data in the Jonas system accuratelyAssist with payroll data entry and processingSupport consolidation of company data for reporting purposesCollaborate with the accounting and finance team to maintain data integrityOther duties and project support as assigned

Experience & Attributes for Success:

Previous experience in a data-entry or accounting support role is strongly preferred Previous experience using Jonas software is a definite advantageFamiliarity with ERP systems is desirableExceptional attention to detail and highly organizedA positive, cooperative attitude and a willingness to contribute to a supportive team cultureStrong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
