Field Marketing Manager (Door-to-Door) – Dominion Painters

Dominion Painters is hiring a Field Marketing Manager (starting as a Door-to-Door Marketer) to help expand our presence throughout London's residential neighborhoods and condo communities.

No painting experience required — just a great attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

You'll be the face of Dominion Painters in the field, introducing homeowners and condo residents to our services. Your mission: generate qualified leads and book estimate appointments for our team.

This role offers strong earning potential, flexible hours, and room to grow into a full leadership position.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass local neighborhoods and condo complexes
  • Distribute flyers, door hangers, and marketing materials
  • Initiate friendly conversations with residents
  • Identify potential painting needs and collect contact information
  • Book estimate appointments when possible
  • Track leads and communicate results with the team
  • Assist with placing yard signs and supporting local marketing campaigns

Compensation

  • $20/hour base wage
  • +$10 for every qualified lead generated
  • +$30 for every booked estimate
  • High performers regularly earn $28–$50/hr with bonuses
  • Bi-weekly pay schedule

Schedule

  • Part-time (10–20 hours/week)
  • Flexible weekday and weekend shifts available
