Job Overview

Utilismart is seeking a versatile and proactive Integrated Sales & Marketing Specialist who will contribute equally to sales and marketing functions. This role combines strategic marketing execution with hands-on sales support, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, creative thinker, and relationship builder who can manage multiple initiatives while contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event-based channels.
  • Write or coordinate the writing of articles, thought leadership pieces, product spotlights, case studies, and other long-form content.
  • Create marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, infographics, and product sheets.
  • Manage day-to-day communication needs for internal and external audiences.
  • Support branding initiatives including graphic design, templates, and visual identity assets.
  • Manage the company's website content, blog updates, and social media presence.
  • Monitor performance analytics for campaigns, website traffic, and digital marketing activities; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate webinars, corporate events, trade shows, and speaking engagements.

Sales & Business Development

  • Support lead generation efforts, qualification activities, and follow-up coordination.
  • Assist with the creation of sales proposals, RFP responses, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support sales strategy and product positioning.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to build relationships and identify opportunities.

Account Management & Customer Success

  • Maintain ongoing communication with assigned customer accounts to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs, proactively provide product information, and address issues or inquiries.
  • Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to support product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Maintain CRM data, ensuring account details, opportunities, and interactions are up to date.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to relay customer insights and support customer onboarding where needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales support, account management, or a hybrid role—preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong writing skills with experience producing articles, blogs, case studies, or similar content.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), website CMS (e.g., WordPress), and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and lead generation tools.
  • Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) and comfort creating visual marketing materials.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and customer-centric with a proactive mindset.
