The team at Kallanpally Dental Clinic located in Slavelake, Alberta are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

  • 20 or more hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Friday 8 AM to 3 PM

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • No experience necessary
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as power practice is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
