WHAT WE ARE OFFERING: $5K signing bonus with min 18-month commitment Relocation bonus, retention bonus, housing support, and transportation incentives Established patient family of 3,400+ - no need to build from scratch Invisalign certification opportunity - expand your expertise with our support Full-time position with stability and growth potential Permanent employment in a recession-resistant market Complimentary parking Certified Dental Technician team on-site for seamless collaboration The rare opportunity to practice in a community where you'll make a genuine difference COMPENSATION: Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 40% of collections and higher (depending on experience) SCHEDULE: • 5 days per week • Flexible scheduling to support your ideal work-life balance • No evening or weekend obligations unless desired WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process • Current registration or active registration process with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta • Licensed to practice dentistry in Alberta (we welcome those registered in other Canadian provinces)• A caring professional who values authentic patient relationships • Natural ability to communicate with warmth and clarity • New graduates are especially encouraged to apply - your fresh perspective is valued here We thank all candidates for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
