Position Summary

We are seeking an organized and reliable Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations and project execution. The ideal candidate will assist in scheduling, logistics, and coordination between workshop, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for production and installations.

Support the Operations Manager with scheduling, documentation, and project tracking.

Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure material flow.

Prepare and maintain reports, inventory lists, and shipping records.

Identify and communicate potential issues or delays in operations.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience in coordination, logistics, or operations (manufacturing or installation preferred).

Proficiency with project management tools.

Detail-oriented, hands-on, and proactive mindset.
