Job Summary

SCHOOL is seeking energetic, guest-focused Servers to join our brunch team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and take pride in delivering warm, efficient service. Servers are expected to uphold SCHOOL's service standards, work collaboratively with the team, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service from greeting to farewell
  • Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, and dietary options
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain table organization, cleanliness, and proper service pacing
  • Accurately process payments and handle cash/POS transactions
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff
  • Complete opening, running, and closing side duties
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume brunch environment
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Smart Serve certification

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
