As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen eye for detail.

As the Bartender / Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:
**Bartender Responsibilities**:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations.

Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in cocktail preparation.

Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Collaborate with the kitchen and servers to ensure seamless service.

**Server Responsibilities**:
Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming first impression.

Present menus and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.

Take and accurately enter food and drink orders into the POS system.

Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.

Collaborate with the kitchen and bartending team to coordinate food and drink service.

Handle guest payments, including processing credit card transactions and making change.

**Qualifications**:
**Bartender Qualifications**:

- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
- Must be of legal drinking age.

**Server Qualifications**:

- Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of the menu and the ability to make recommendations.

Pay: From $16.55 per hour
