Job Description:

As a Server / Bartender at Wildflower; you will

  • Deliver exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests. Harness your exceptional multitasking abilities to provide top-notch service by intuitively addressing and fulfilling guest needs.

  • Forge authentic connections in every interaction. Enhance the guest experience through enjoyable, engaging, and meaningful conversations.

  • Act as a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle challenges through your multitasking and communication prowess, and feel empowered to make decisions for yourself and your team.

  • Showcase your passion for the guest experience. Demonstrate your love for our food and beverages through an impressive grasp of our menu and products.

What we expect from you:

  • A minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience.

  • A deep-seated dedication to hospitality, teamwork, and creating a fun environment.

  • A willingness to learn, coupled with an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.

  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere for your fellow team members and our guests.

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
