Job Summary

We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is passionate about both bartending and serving, providing exceptional service whether behind the bar or on the floor. If you can pour a perfect pint and carry a tray with ease, we'd love to meet you

Duties

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests in a friendly, timely manner
  • Deliver meals and drinks to tables, ensuring guests have everything they need
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of both bar and service areas
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible service
  • Process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • Stay current on drink recipes, menu items, and any specials or promotions
  • Help manage inventory by tracking supplies and restocking as needed

What You Bring

  • Previous experience as a bartender and server.
  • Smart Serve Certified
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities
  • A team player attitude and calm demeanor under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
