Human Resources & Administration Coordinator (Part Time - Limited Term - Internship/Co-op) Working with The Alberta Youth Program, Granddaughters Home Care (GHC) is seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and people-oriented Human Resources & Administration Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Owner of GHC and contribute to shaping the future of our organization. This individual will play a vital role in developing innovative recruitment strategies, enhancing our administrative systems, and ensuring our growing team continues to deliver exceptional care to our clients and community. They will collaborate with our Clinical Care Specialist and Client Care Manager, helping to bridge the connection between our caregivers and operations teams. This is an opportunity to combine creativity, adaptability, and energy to make a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Research and evaluate modern recruiting platforms and tools to enhance GHC’s hiring reach and efficiency. Develop and post engaging job advertisements across multiple channels. Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to identify top talent aligned with GHC’s values. Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for the Owner to guide hiring decisions. Support onboarding, training coordination, and HR documentation. Assist in implementing digital HR systems and process improvements to streamline operations. Collaborate with the Clinical Care Specialist and Client Care Manager to align staffing needs with client care priorities. Provide administrative support for general office operations, scheduling, and communications. What We’re Looking For: A motivated professional with a passion for people, innovation, and efficiency. Education (Preferred): Students or recent graduates in one of the following programs are encouraged to apply: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
