  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 10+ Years Demonstrated IM/IT experience.
  • 1+ years (in the last 5 years)
    Experience with Health and/or Social Services.
  • 2+ years (in the last 5 years) Experience with
    Salesforce CRM and/or HealthCloud.
  • 5+ Years Business analysis experience in project using the
    Agile methodology.
  • 5+ years (within the lats 7 years) Senior Business System Analyst experience including requirements analysis, design activities, testing and training.
  • 1+ years (In the last 5 years) Experience in business analysis of
    social services or case and care management
    .
  • 5+ years (in the last 7 years) Experience coordinating, facilitating, conducting working sessions for requirements gathering.
  • 5+ years (in the last 7 years) Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements both functional and non-functional.
  • 5+ years (in the last 7 years) Experience analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
  • 5+ years (in the last 7 years) Experience defining and documenting technical requirements for internal and external applications.
  • 5+ years (in the last 7 years) Experience creating test cases, requirements traceability documentation, defining test data requirements, and executing test cases.
  • 5+ years (in the last 7 years) Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as
    IIBA, Safe, Agile, etc.
  • 5+ years (in the last 7 years) Experience working with
    Jira, Confluence, DevOps and Agile methodology.
