Low Voltage Technician//IT Tech

Responsibilities:
- Low voltage cabling and installation Access points and security devices.
- Installation of POS, printers, scanners, payment terminals and troubleshooting issues.
-Installation of IT infrastructure components such as servers, routers, switches, etc.
-Installation security cameras CCTV.
-Able to handle service calls for different commercial customers.
-Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components
- Document and track incidents, problems, and resolutions using Microsoft Excel.
- Set up and configure VPN connections for remote users
- Conduct computer hardware repairs and upgrades as needed
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with IT infrastructure components such as servers, routers, switches, etc.
- Familiarity with desktop support principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Note: This position may require occasional travel to client sites for on-site support.
