Sales and Leasing Consultant
at our
Langley
location.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, delivering results that consistently exceed expectations.
  • Develop strong, long-term partnerships with business decision-makers, understanding their fleet and vehicle needs to create tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Showcase the best of our fleet through compelling presentations and hands on demonstrations that bring our vehicles' features and advantages to life.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and client satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and competitor activity, identifying new growth opportunities that drive both customer and company success.

What You'll Bring:

  • A proven record of success in vehicle sales (minimum 3 years), with the confidence and resilience to prospect and close new business independently.
  • A valid Vehicle Sales License and Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract aligned with our Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to connect easily with clients, understand their needs, and earn their trust.
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in CRM entries, documentation, and follow-up, all while managing a dynamic pipeline.
  • A customer-first mindset, backed by initiative, professionalism, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
