In-Home Care Provider

Full-time/ Part-time

Details: In this position, you will work directly with sibling groups aged 0- 17 years. You will be required to enrich their quality of life in a home setting that is their own. Provide the day-to-day care of the sibling group with all policies and procedures manuals provided.

Locations: Edmonton, Alberta

Hours: The hours for this position will vary depending on the needs of the program and will include some evenings and weekends. A maximum of 45 hours per week.

In Your Role, You Will:

  • Connect with and develop helping relationships with each person served and co-workers
  • Advocate
  • Work effectively as a team with co-workers to help achieve the person-served goals
  • Daily required documentation
  • Support and participate in recreation and leisure activities
  • Cleaning duties relating to the operation of the home
  • Participate in ongoing organization development and approved programming

As Top Candidate, You Will Possess:

  • Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
  • Completion of High School Diploma
  • A Minimum of three months of work-related experience
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent in Microsoft 365
  • Competency-based hire may be considered
