**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance in their daily lives. This role is vital for enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the care and attention necessary to thrive in their own homes. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care while fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living space.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Support individuals with disabilities by facilitating their daily routines.
- Offer specialized care for clients with dementia or those requiring hospice care.
- Document client progress and communicate any changes in health or behavior to the supervising nurse or caregiver.

**Skills**
- Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care settings is preferred.
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion.
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques, including dementia care and hospice care practices.
- Ability to perform cleaning duties effectively while ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Proficiency in meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
