What You'll Be DoingDrive Customer Acquisition: Conduct door-to-door outreach, engaging homeowners with confidence and professionalism.Present TELUS Solutions: Explain product offerings clearly, tailoring your pitch to customer needs and highlighting value.Build Your Pipeline: Generate and manage qualified leads through relationship-building and follow-up.Close Sales Independently: Guide prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to final agreement.Meet Sales Goals: Achieve (and exceed) personal and team sales targets.Strengthen Customer Relationships: Encourage referrals and repeat business through trust and customer care.What We're Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented individualsComfortable working independently and in a fast-paced field sales settingPrevious experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset (but not required)Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM)What You'll GetUncapped commission-based pay structure, dependent on commission rates associated with a successfully sold productPaid training and continuous one-on-one mentorshipFlexible full-time scheduleClear career growth path into leadership and management rolesA dynamic, supportive team culture that celebrates resultsAPPLY TODAY
