About the Role

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training and licensing support provided. No prior finance or sales experience is required.

You will be trained to help individuals and families understand and strengthen their financial foundations, including protection, savings, and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand basic financial concepts through structured training
  • Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to assess financial needs
  • Educate clients on available financial solutions and planning strategies
  • Assist clients with applications and ongoing service support
  • Build and manage your own client base over time
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching, and professional development sessions

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required (training provided)
  • Sales, customer service, or business background is an asset but not mandatory
  • Must be willing to obtain required Canadian financial licenses (support provided)
