Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
About the Role
- Do you love being the friendly face that greets people and the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly? We're looking for a receptionist who's equal parts organized multitasker and welcoming host.
- From answering phones and greeting guests to planning team events and keeping the office in top shape, you'll be at the center of the
action—making sure the day runs like clockwork (and maybe even adding a little sparkle along the way.)

What You'll Be Doin

- Give visitors a warm welcome and be the friendly voice on the phone.
- Keep the office running smoothly—supplies, schedules, and all the little details.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and company events (yes, you get to plan the fun stuff).
- Help manage vehicles, expense claims, and even a bit of bookkeeping.
- Support the team with admin tasks big and small.
- Be the point person for vendors, IT support, and facility needs.
What We're Looking For
- A people-person who loves helping others.
- Strong organizational skills (you're the one with the colour-coded calendar).
- Great communication—both written and spoken.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
- Discreet and professional when it counts.
- Self-starter who can make things happen with minimal supervision.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Must-Haves
- High school diploma (post-secondary in Business Administration = bonus points).
- 2+ years in reception or office admin.
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Nice-to-Haves
- Bookkeeping know-how.
- Experience with CRMs or visitor management systems.
- Travel planning experience.
