Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hamilton, ON, for a Concierge Guard. The Concierge Guard will be responsible for managing front desk operations, delivering exceptional customer service, handling visitor inquiries, coordinating reservations, and assisting with general receptionist duties. The role requires a calm and professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming and secure environment for residents, tenants, and guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Concierge Services and managing Reservations
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and front desk operations
  • Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Previous experience in security or concierge services is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid security license for Ontario
