The team at Royal East Dental are looking to add a new Dental Receptionist/Administrator on a full-time/part time basis. The candidate would have a solid background regarding dental insurance, following up on past treatment plans with patients, scheduling of appointments, and clarifying with patients' questions. Remuneration depending on the candidates' professional experience.If you are a hardworking and motivated individual and have excellent communication skills we would love to meet you

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Patient Recall and managing schedule
  • Assist with collecting and monitoring performance metrics
  • Assist with managing the social media profile
  • Treatment planning, present treatment plans to patients, discuss financials
  • Insurance breakdowns and submission
  • Support management of account receivables and account payables
  • Perform all administrative duties necessary to ensure that dental practice is running smoothly.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Experience handling dental insurance claims considered an asset
