Nano Property Services is a rapidly expanding business in BC, offering innovative property solutions, including high-tech roof sealing and premium exterior services. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to help drive our sales efforts, connect with customers, and contribute to our company's success.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face sales, enjoys closing deals, and wants to be part of a growing company. While this position is currently focused on individual sales performance, there is an opportunity for career growth into a Sales Manager role as the company expands.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing inbound leads and generating new business through targeted outreach.

Conducting on-site assessments and consultations with potential customers.

Presenting and explaining service options to homeowners and property managers.

Closing sales and achieving revenue targets.

Engaging in-person sales efforts (including direct outreach).

Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:

An experienced salesperson with a strong ability to close deals.

A confident communicator who can connect with people and earn their trust.

Someone with door-to-door sales experience (preferred but not required).

Someone with Roofing and or Construction and or Maintenance Experience (preferred but not required).

A self-driven individual who enjoys working independently and taking initiative.

Someone eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility in the future.
