Must have dental experience We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the marketplace.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales and ability to understand technical products.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
