Role Description

This is an full-time position for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser located in Edmonton, AB. The role involves performing detailed appraisals and valuations for commercial real estate properties, including industrial, retail, and other non-residential property types. Responsibilities include conducting thorough property inspections, preparing comprehensive appraisal reports, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Real Estate Appraisal and Appraising
  • AIC designated CRA, AACI, Experience Candidate will be provided training and mentorship
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Valuation
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing detailed appraisal reports
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and market trend analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Familiarity with Alberta real estate laws and regulations is preferred
