Alexandra Ridge Montessori is currently looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and qualified ECE supply to join our team location

Qualifications:

  • ECE designation

  • Casa, Toddler or Infant experience

-an understanding of the Montessori Method

· Current and clear Criminal Reference & Vulnerable Sector Checks.

· Valid CPR/ First Aid certification- Level C

· Updated Imm·unization Record

Skills:

· Passion for working with children

· Can communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively individually and within a team setting

· Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills

· Experience with planning and implementing programs

Job Responsibilities:

· Meticulously manage the day-to- day operations of the classroom including, but not limited to: lesson instruction, daily recording, diapering, playground supervision, etc.

· Maintain a hygienic, neat, prepared and organized environment consistent with the Montessori pedagogy

· Develop effective relationships with parents and communicate with them daily

· Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and courtesy at all times

· Demonstrate sound knowledge of all relevant sections of the Child Care & Early Years Act.

Looking to fill full time until November 14th and then supply after. can become full time position in Janurary 2025
