Summary
Our team is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Coordinator to connect directly with the moms we serve. This person will meet with moms to learn more about their needs, help collect important information, and give emotional support.

What you'll be doing

We're looking for a caring and dedicated
Support Coordinator
to join our team and play a key role in supporting the moms we serve. The Support Coordinator will act as a bridge between our organization and the families we assist, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met with compassion and respect.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Meet one-on-one with moms to learn more about their unique needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Collect and organize information to help our team provide the right resources and support.
  • Maintain regular communication with families, offering guidance, encouragement, and follow-up care.
  • Work closely with our outreach and program teams to ensure every mom receives personalized, effective support.
  • Help identify gaps in services and provide feedback to strengthen our programs.

  • Empathetic and patient, with strong listening and communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable when handling sensitive information.
  • Passionate about community work, women's empowerment, and family wellbeing.
  • Able to commit time consistently and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
