**About us**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Onboard students & provide overview of technologies to support student in their experience in digital learning
- Instruct students on Learning Management Systems & Microsoft training
- Classroom management and student evaluation.
- Assign grades and maintain course/student records in accordance with Career City College Handbook Guidelines and Policies.
- Implementation of systems for procedures and reporting, continuous improvement of systems and procedures
- Data analysis and reporting to obtain statistics and patterns of student attendance behaviors, and implementation strategic solutions for improvements in student’s attendance and institutional procedures
- Troubleshoot students technical difficulties upon request
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance to ensure compliance with institutions regulatory bodies
- Inform students of the schools attendance policies, and advise and direct students to successfully participate and complete their program
- Ensure the institution is adhering to the regulatory procedures and policies for student attendance and excused absences, ensure the institution in accurately following these regulation requirements and maintain accurate records
- Support student services in building a case against students that may be required to withdrawal or be dismissed

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administration / Or 1 year instructional experience
- College Diploma or University Degree in related field
- MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook-Training also provided
- Must be willing to join our work family and share a positive sense of humour as well as a passion for the profession
**Possible future Duties**:
- Coaching, development and management of teacher staff
- Delivery of professional development for teachers
- Monitor KPI performances of Instructing Staff
**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
