As a Shift Leader, you'll work closely with the management team to oversee daily store operations, assist with merchandising and product selection, train and develop team members, and help maintain a fun and rewarding work environment.

Who You Are

Position Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor, building rapport with customers and offering product suggestions that elevate their experience
- Support customers with professionalism and empathy, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
- Coach and support team members to grow their skills and confidence, fostering pride in their work and contributions.
- Receive orders, organize shelves, and help keep the store clean, well-presented, and inviting
- Maintain merchandising, product rotation, and display standards to keep the store looking its best
- Share observations and feedback with management to support open communication and continuous improvement
- Assist with scheduling, inventory counts, and daily operations to keep the store running smoothly
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment where people feel supported, motivated, and valued
