Tap & Barrel is one of Canada's fastest growing hospitality companies, and we’re looking for experienced hospitaility professionals to join the team at our NEW Brentwood location and help fuel our continued growth.

Centrally located in The Amazing Brentwood Mall, Tap & Barrel Brentwood will be a pillar in the rapidly growing North Burnaby area. Situated directly along the Millennium Line, this _amazing_ location will feature three floors, including a lively bar and lounge, comfortable dining room, and rockin’ rooftop patio with views of the city.

As a Shift Leader, you will be working in a fast-paced restaurant environment in which teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and consistency are key to success. You will collaborate with the management team to create meaningful and memorable experiences for our team and our guests. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment, creating a positive work environment throughout the restaurant, training and developing team members, and much more. You will also have the opportunity to learn about all things restaurant management with an elite team.
- Has 2+ years of hospitality experience, and prefer 1 year of leadership experience
- Is a supportive leader with a proven ability to train and lead team members
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality food and hospitality to our guests
- Works well in a team environment and communicates effectively
- Has strong organizational and time-management skills
- Consistently maintains a clean and organized restaurant environment

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
