Our Burnaby location is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor who thrives in a high-paced environment, leads with positivity, and is excited about advancing within the hospitality industry. If you're looking for a role with real development and long-term potential, this is it.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise shifts of 5–6 team members with confidence and consistency
- Execute opening and closing procedures to a high standard
- Train, coach, and mentor junior staff with patience and empathy
- Anticipate challenges during service and solve problems proactively
- Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Oversee kitchen operations, including equipment checks and general maintenance
- Interact with guests in a warm, articulate, and friendly manner
- Support management with ongoing improvements and operational consistency
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment
(Pizza experience is an asset but not required — we will teach you our systems.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a desire to be part of a growing team
- Interest in advancing your career in restaurant management
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Food Safe Level 1 and Occupational First Aid preferred, but not required
