Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in the Greater St. John's Metropolitan Area. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and fostering relationships with prospective clients. The Business Development Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create strategic plans, support client acquisition initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive revenue growth. The role will also include ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to ongoing service improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and client interactions.
- Proven experience in lead generation and proactive outreach to potential customers.
- Proficiency in market research techniques to identify opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Customer service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and an understanding of digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
