Job Overview

The Technical Support position focuses on providing professional product and service support to customers, dealers, and internal sales teams.

This role ensures proper product selection, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales assistance for HVAC systems such as heat pumps, furnaces, and air conditioners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers, contractors, and dealers via phone, email, and onsite (if required).
  • Assist with system design, model selection, and product application based on project requirements.
  • Handle product troubleshooting and coordinate warranty or service cases.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical documentation, product training, and specification sheets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer cases and feedback.
  • Communicate product issues or improvements to the engineering or product development team.

Requirements

  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of technical service experience in HVAC or related fields.
  • Knowledge of heat pump, furnace, and ventilation systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and service ticketing systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
