**Job Overview**
The **Technical Support** position focuses on providing professional product and service support to customers, dealers, and internal sales teams.
This role ensures proper product selection, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales assistance for HVAC systems such as heat pumps, furnaces, and air conditioners.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle product troubleshooting and coordinate warranty or service cases.
- Support the sales team by providing technical documentation, product training, and specification sheets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer cases and feedback.
- Communicate product issues or improvements to the engineering or product development team.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
- 2-5 years of technical service experience in HVAC or related fields.
- Knowledge of heat pump, furnace, and ventilation systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and service ticketing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
