Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth across various industries. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking and excellent communication skills are essential. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively serve diverse client bases. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including prospecting and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients, demonstrating effective business development skills.
- Manage existing accounts by providing tailored solutions, upselling, and cross-selling products or services.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions.
- Deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations, translating complex product features into customer benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong business development capabilities to identify growth opportunities and expand market reach.
- Proficiency in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Analytical skills to assess market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer information.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish to engage diverse client bases.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to support sales initiatives.
