About Us: Kinderville Childcare is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth communication among staff, families, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet families, visitors, and staff professionally.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Maintain attendance records, enrollment files, and staff documentation.

  • Assist with billing, payments, and receipt tracking.

  • Schedule meetings, tours, and appointments.

  • Support the Director with administrative and licensing documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.

  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general organization.

Qualifications:- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Early Childhood Education, or related field (preferred).

  • Experience in a childcare or educational setting (asset).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
