Sales Representative

The client provides warm, qualified leads—no cold calling required. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, preparing accurate estimates, and turning those leads into satisfied customers. With a structured sales process and intuitive proprietary software, success is straightforward. Plus, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and grow your income based on performance.
What You'll Do:
- Provide estimates for commercial projects within Southern Ontario.
- Follow up with leads and close deals.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality, always delivering A+ customer service.
- Educate clients on product options, ensuring they understand their choices and feel confident in their decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of products, installation processes, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the install team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.
- Utilize proprietary software to efficiently manage leads and sales opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of all sales and customer information.
What They Offer:
- Base pay + commissions with annual earning potential of $75K–$120K+ depending on performance (no cap on commissions)

- Maintain customer relationships with a focus on building long-term loyalty.
