Summary

We are seeking a talented Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Room1Six in Toronto THE WELL.. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our clients' beauty experience through expert hair styling and personalized service. Your creativity and expertise will contribute significantly to our salon's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, color, and treatments.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior stylists as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team for scheduling appointments and managing client flow.
  • Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Valid license.
  • Expertise in various hair techniques including extensions, coloring, and cutting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client consultations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with salon software systems is preferred.
