We are seeking Hair Stylists and Cosmetologist(Manicur,Pedicure and Nail Art) to join our team for opening of our new Spa. Will work as an independent with some supplies provided and will enjoy the benefits from the company promotion and advertising to increase client list.

We believe in using practices and products that are not harmful to the environment and are sustainable looking company. We will provide supplies and successful candidates will also be able to benefit from our all promotion and advertising campaigns . We will work hard to help you to add new clients.

The successful candidates should have outgoing and friendly demeanor, ability to work flexible hours but can set own hours. A passion for fashion trend and hair care would be an asset.

Hairstylists

We are seeking a talented and personable Hairdressers to join our beauty team. The Hair Stylists will work in our salons , and perform services like shampooing, trimming, cutting, blow drying and other styling. They must always be up-to-date on the most current hair styles and trends so they can make recommendations to clients about which styles will best suit their facial structure and hair type. It's vital that they build ongoing relationships with clients and are always on top of their customer service game. Hair stylists with experiences working with different clients is an asset.

Cosmetologists

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nail services, deliver exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming environment for clients. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in a professional setting, contribute to client satisfaction, and grow within a dynamic salon or spa environment.

Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure client safety and hygiene.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and other beauty accessories to enhance client experience and increase sales.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations to promote a safe environment for both clients and staff.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in the beauty industry.
• Experience with hair styling is considered a nice-to-have but not required.
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining excellent client relationships.
