What You'll Do

Own Your Business

  • Be the top seller. (Literally – we track it, and you'll want to win.)
  • Hit and exceed daily SPH goals – Get rewarded.
  • Curate looks, not outfits. Build wardrobes, not transactions.
  • Convert walk-ins into loyalists. You're building a following, not just a customer list.
  • Master TLS's 6 Steps of Selling – and teach others how it's done.

Lead the Floor

  • Mentor new stylists. Be the energy others want to rise to.
  • Take charge of personal shopping and private styling sessions.
  • Set the tone and vibe for the day – customers and teammates alike feel it.
  • Analyze performance metrics with management and strategize like a boss.

Create The Experience

  • Deliver authentic,
    bespoke
    styling to every single guest.
  • Maintain high-touch, ongoing relationships with your VIPs.
  • Know the product like an insider, style like an editor, and move like a pro.

What Sets You Apart

  • 3+ years as a TLS Style Advisor (or equivalent in premium retail)
  • Scoop Training Academy Certification complete
  • Proven top-performer in sales, styling, and team leadership
  • A refined personal style and deep knowledge of fashion trends
  • You're a closer, a connector, and a creative force
  • You love feedback, take initiative, and raise the standard – every time
