Job Summary

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, passionate and motivated in building a future within the customer service industry. Receptionists are involved in all aspects of the salon and provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our services. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, attention to detail, dependability, organizational skills, and a good work ethic.

Responsibilities include:

  • Schedules and maintains the calendar of the other stylists in the salon
  • Responsible for processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts to customers as they leave from their services
  • Ability to handle incoming calls and e-mails
  • Ability to keep records of office expenses and keep track of owing expenses
  • Greet and attend to clients throughout their appointment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Maintain salon appearance and cleanliness through constant maintenance
  • Various opening and closing duties

Skills:

  • Must be able to multitask easily without compromising performance or attitude
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • A warm, friendly and positive personality/attitude
  • Professional communication skills

Must have previous experience as a receptionist, particularly in the beauty industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
